We generally limit our representation to family law issues involving large martial estates, professional practices or closely held businesses. Whether in the context of probate or divorce, we have provided effective, aggressive legal representation to clients who need a lawyer to protect their interests, often under circumstances where the client has limited knowledge of the law, or their marital assets. Furthermore, we understand that the representation of our clients during divorce or probate litigation should not always end when the case closes. We able to provide continuing representation to our clients at a time when they need advice regarding tax, estate planning, business, insurance and other legal issues.
