Recent action by local, state and federal government throughout the nation has caused property owners concern about their ability to make profitable use of their land. We represent clients in disputes with various governmental agencies in assisting clients protecting their right to retain ownership of their land or to use it for its best purpose. We have represented agribusinesses regarding intensive livestock ordinances, businesses in environmental litigation, land owners in cellular and radio tower lease negotiations, landowners threatened with governmental taking, and numerous other clients in need of legal representation to protect their property.

Additionally, we are experienced in successfully representing developers, contractors, and homeowners in construction disputes. We have successfully advised our clients on the complexities of the Michigan Construction Lien act and are experienced in litigating everything from complex multi-party construction litigation to simple disputes between homeowners and their builders.
